Chakras are the main energy centers in the body, and there are seven of them. Every Chakra is responsible for specific ailments and dysfunctions in the body. Each of these Chakras is the home of your mental and emotional status.
When you’re not feeling well, it is not a coincidence that you feel a bit down your body weak. As the toxic energy escapes from your body, it will loosen up the tightness and soreness from that area, and the healing process will begin for mind and body. Therefore if your Chakra is in balance, your mind and body will be too. It is also true then that emotional ailment can physically affect the body.
So a blocked Charka can create pain and stiffness. If you learn which Charka is responsible, you could focus on this and heal easier.
Let us begin:
The Root Chakra, is on your tailbone right at the base of the spine. Problems appear in the legs, feet, rectum as well as the tailbone. Men’s prostate glands and reproductive systems are affected. As well as constipation, eating disorders, Arthritis, and knee pain.
Sciatica which is also a factor means pain affecting the hip, outside of the leg and back usually caused by compression of a spinal nerve root in the lower back, often caused by an intervertebral disc and degeneration.
Emotionally the imbalances cause emotions affecting your basic survival needs: money, shelter, and food; ability to provide for life’s necessities. In reverse, it boils down to feeling safe and in control.
When this chakra is balanced, you would feel supported, safe, and in control. You will feel grounded.
The Sacral Chakra is located just below your belly button by only two inches.
Here you will have issues with your kidneys or urinary tract. Also in this area, the lower back, hip, and pelvic area.
The Sacral Chakra effects your emotions, such as relationship and commitment, which has an impact on your mindset, the ability to have fun, to be creative, and our sexuality. Addiction is found here, fear of impotence and betrayal.
When this chakra is balanced, you will feel secure enough to take risks, creative, sexual, outgoing, passionate, and committed.
The lesson is to honor others.

This Solar Plexus Chakra is three inches above your belly button. This one is a bad one with all the digestive problems, Liver dysfunction, high blood pressure, and chronic fatigue. Which also creates stomach ulcers, pancreas, colon, and gall bladder diseases.
The emotional side of things is a struggle with self-esteem and personal power, leading to being too critical on oneself. Rejection, criticism, and physical appearances become a huge factor, which leads to low self-worth.
The lesson here is self-acceptance.
We find this one by the heart. Imbalances include asthma, heart, and lung disease. The breasts give problems, and lymphatic systems are affected, upper back and shoulder problems as well as pain in the arms and wrists.
When the Heart Chakra is out of balance it will affect you emotionally, all issues connected to the heart, over-loving, jealousy, abandonment, anger, and bitterness, as well as fears of being alone.
When this chakra is balanced, we feel love, joy, gratitude, compassion, forgiveness, and trust.
The lesson is about Love.
The Throat Chakra located in the throat area. When this chakra is out of sync, it affects your throat, thyroid, sore throat, laryngitis, ear infection, and influenza.
Emotional issues can stem from having a sore throat. All spoken and written emotional issues, communication is an issue, feeling powerless or helpless with no choices.
Balanced it is like nasal congestion freed up. Words flow, and therefore, you can once again communicate.
The lesson is to speak up and let your voice be heard.
Third Eye Chakra
The Third Eye Chakra located in the center of the forehead between the eyebrows.
The problem here comes in the form of headaches, blurred vision, sinus issues, and eyestrain. Could lead to seizures, hearing loss, and hormone function.
Emotionally you struggle with moodiness and the tendency to change rapidly and unpredictably, with too much self-reflection; Stubbornness, and being hard-headed. Issues of needing advice and not being able to take it. Often leads to people who dream of success but never achieve it.
When your third eye is content, you will be clear and focused the road ahead is clear and you would know which path to take.
The lesson is to see the big picture.
The Crown Charka is all about headspace as and located on the top of your head.
The problems which stem from this chakra is balance, depression, and blocked concentration. Even your eyes and ears get oversensitive.
Here you overthink everything. Religion and spirituality is a reason for confusion and then question as to the meaning of life.
When this Charka is balanced, we can focus on just living and not of dying. Isn’t this a better way to live the only life we have. An excellent saying is; you only die once but live every day.
So, now identify with the problem area and focus on that.
All seven charka affect each other, and all should be balanced so you can live peacefully.
