How to Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind to Reach Your Goals

About 97% of your brain belongs to your subconscious mind. Therefore it is way more powerful than your conscious mind. Your subconscious mind is the gatekeeper of your comfort zone. That is why you also need to focus on your subconscious mind. One reason to reprogram your subconscious is that you are afraid of failure. So by reprogramming your subconscious, you can reach your goals and get rid of your fear of failure.

People don’t realize that just as our brain is built to regulate our physical self, it tries to regulate our mental self.

Your mind constantly filters and brings to your attention information and stimuli that affirm your preexisting beliefs and presenting you with repeated thoughts and impulses that mirror and mimic what has transpired in the past.

We will talk about 3 techniques in this article that you can use to reprogram your subconscious.

1. Be humble and willing to change

Stop assuming that you know everything and listen to your subconscious. Don’t resist what your subconscious is trying to tell you. By listening to your subconscious, you learn to be humble. It teaches you to have a higher level of humility. You can make a huge difference in your life by embracing your subconscious resistance.

Be willing to create a change in your life and believe that what will change your life is possible. Don’t be a skeptic, be a wholehearted believer. Permit yourself to be happy and successful without feeling guilty.

2. Listen to your fears and define them, don’t allow other people’s fears to cause doubt.

List down your fears by listening to your subconscious and define what these fears really are. Facing your fears is important when reprogramming your subconscious. This will help you get through life. By listening to your fears, you can reprogram your subconscious and pursue what is logical.

People project their fears of their own situations. It has nothing to do with what you are or aren’t capable of.

By repeating your beliefs through affirmation, you can accomplish anything in life. That way, you can convince yourself that you can do it. Repeat your beliefs to your subconscious like a mantra multiple times every day. Tell yourself that “you can do it.” Affirmation really works wonders.

Do not speak untrue things such as ‘I drive a convertible, or I am a CEO’ but speak of what you want out of life in the context you are already living it.

4. Visualize

Visualizing what you want in life is essential for creating it. Once you have a clear vision in your mind, you will be able to enact and create it. Do be precise in what you want, or otherwise, you will be incapable of taking action towards it.

5. Have goals and a master plan for your life

Have a master plan. Know your core values and motives. Focus on your ultimate goal that you want to accomplish. Once you have the Big Picture, you can make decisions for the long-term to align with your true self.

You can never reach your life goals if you are negative. You need to believe in yourself and your goals to achieve them. By reprogramming your subconscious, you can successfully achieve your goals. But this process takes time and patience.

Positive reinforcement: is to change your morning alarm on your phone to read the message: “CONGRATULATIONS!!”

Engage in subconscious training. If you become humble, listen to your fears and repeatedly tell yourself that you can do it, you will surely succeed in life.

It is also viable to remove people you follow that make you feel bad about yourself and making your newsfeed a place that can catalyze your growth.
