If you feel like you are in a rut and need to change things, there are several things you should take into consideration.
When in life, radical changes come from the outside, it disrupts us. Often sets us back a few steps from achieving our goals. There is nothing we can do to change this. There was nothing we could do to plan for this. Have faith that you will overcome this and trust in time for healing. No one said this would be easy.
Your life is all up to you, and you can create a good result. Nothing ever becomes from sitting and waiting. You need to make it happen. Get up and seize the day.
If you put the effort in, the results might not be immediate, but don’t be hard on yourself if things don’t fall into place at the pace you would like. You might have to change the game plan once or twice, or you might have to move your goalposts altogether.
Not doing anything at all will get you nothing. Putting things off until the right moment also doesn’t help as you will never know when the right moment is. Don’t Procrastinate.
A big killer of improvement in life is using the excuse of being comfortable with the situation. You will never move forward, not wanting to. The same outcome is to be expected if you are scared of taking the plunge because you fear losing what you have already achieved. Decide on what you want and picture it.
There is nothing wrong with wanting better for yourself. Our instinct is to evolve.
Where you are now cannot last forever. Life is a constant change. We fear change, but it will happen anyway. Ensure that the difference you make is for the better.
Circumstances change, and so do people.
You won’t always be in control.
There is never the right moment.
If you are forever living in fear, you will fail.
If you aren’t happy, change it.
Don’t live in the past.
You are the only person responsible for your life!
