This step starts the previous day with preparations for the next day. This will ensure that you have planned your ritual and have everything ready for the next day. It might mean that you have put aside your clothes to wear, decided what you are having for breakfast and pack your lunch for the next day. You will feel empowered and positive for ending the day so well organized with little or no worries for the next day. This step might also include the most critical tasks for the next day. To get up and out of bed might be the day’s most significant challenge for you. Time to wake up depends on your situation. Waking up early is proven to reduce stress levels, no need to rush starting your day off with excitement.
