It’s important to keep all your chakras balanced and flowing smoothly with the cosmic energy for you to be healthy and happy.
It’s fairly common for your chakras to become blocked or imbalanced. When they are, it manifests in your body, which affects your emotions, thoughts and your whole life in a nut shell.
In this article we help you to do a traditional hands-on energy-healing method to balance your chakras.
- Lay in a comfortable position where you won’t be disturbed.
- Place your hands directly on your body or a few inches above.
- Set an intention for balancing and aligning your chakras. Your intentions are important!
- Take a few minutes to center and ground yourself.
- Concentrate on your breathing.
- Place one hand on your first chakra, while placing the other hand on your second chakra.
- Hold this position until you feel the energy equalize or you feel a slight pulse. You could also just intuitively know that your two chakras are balanced. Hold this position for a few minutes before moving on.
- Now place your hands on your second and third chakras, repeating the balancing.
- Move to your third and fourth chakras and keep repeating until all your chakras are balanced.
- When you have finished balancing your last two chakras, take a few minutes to enjoy the feeling.
- After you have finished the whole process it’s a good idea to have a glass of water.
